Welcome to DK Brand Collective. By booking our services, attending an event, or engaging with our team, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to create a smooth, professional partnership and ensure clarity for all clients.

1. Services

DK Brand Collective provides training programs, branding and marketing solutions, and event planning services. The scope, pricing, and deliverables for each project will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

2. Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit is required to secure your event, training session, or project date.

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Remaining balances are due as outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

3. Travel Policy & Charges

Travel fees apply to all on-site trainings, events, and consultations. Charges are based on distance, travel time, and any additional costs (e.g., tolls, parking, lodging).

Travel Scenario Includes Charge Local Travel (within 20 miles or 30 minutes one-way) Travel time, gas, vehicle wear, crew costs. Flat fee: $75 per trip. Additional miles beyond 20 billed at $2.50 per mile. Regional Travel (20–50 miles or 30–90 minutes one-way) All of the above plus tolls/parking if required. Base fee: $125 per trip, plus $3.00 per mile beyond 20 miles OR $1.50 per minute beyond 30 minutes of travel time. Extended Travel (50+ miles or over 90 minutes one-way) Longer travel time, lodging/meals if overnight stay required. Base fee: $250, plus $4.00 per mile beyond 50 miles, plus $50 per hour for travel time beyond the first 90 minutes. Lodging and meals billed separately (receipts or standard rate).

Important Notes:

  • Travel fees are confirmed in writing prior to your event or training date.

  • Last-Minute Changes: If the event location or schedule is changed within 72 hours of the event and increases travel time or distance, additional fees will be applied and due with the final balance.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change and will work with you to accommodate adjustments whenever possible.

  • Cancellations: Must be submitted in writing (via email) at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled event, training, or service date. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will be charged the remaining balance in full.

  • Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and secure your event or training date.

  • Rescheduling: Requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Rescheduling after this window may result in additional fees.

  • Travel Adjustments: If a new date or location increases travel distance or time, travel charges will be recalculated and added to the final invoice.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide all necessary information, approvals, and access needed to complete services as scheduled. Delays in providing information may result in adjusted timelines or additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All training materials, branding content, and event designs created by DK Brand Collective remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended purpose only.

7. Limitation of Liability

While DK Brand Collective strives to deliver exceptional results, we are not liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, including venue cancellations, extreme weather, or technical failures.

8. Privacy

Any personal information you share with us is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

9. Updates to Terms
