Booking & Payment Policies
Payment Options
Choose from full, monthly, or quarterly payments when booking multiple sessions or programs. All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal.
Travel Fees
Travel charges apply for all on-site trainings, events, and consultations.
- Local Travel (within 20 miles or 30 minutes one-way): $75 flat fee per trip. Additional miles beyond 20 billed at $2.50 per mile. 
- Regional Travel (20–50 miles or 30–90 minutes one-way): $125 flat fee plus $3.00 per mile beyond 20 miles or $1.50 per minute beyond 30 minutes. 
- Extended Travel (50+ miles or over 90 minutes one-way): A $250 base fee applies, plus $4.00 per mile beyond 50 miles and $50 per hour for travel time beyond the first 90 minutes. Lodging and meals are billed separately (based on receipts or standard per diem rates). 
- If Air Travel Is Needed: - For sessions requiring flights, we simply ask that airfare, ground transportation, lodging, and meals are covered. A one-time $250 coordination fee helps us manage all travel logistics smoothly. - Whether we’re driving across town or flying across the country, we make sure every detail is handled with care , so all you have to focus on is your team’s experience. 
Note: Travel fees are confirmed in writing prior to your event or training. If the event location or schedule changes within 72 hours of the event and increases travel distance or time, additional fees will apply and will be included in your final balance.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable. 
- Cancellations must be made in writing at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled event, training, or service date. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will be charged the remaining balance in full. 
- Rescheduling requests must also be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply for late reschedules. 
- If a new date or location increases travel distance or time, travel charges will be recalculated and included in the final invoice.
