Childcare Leadership Development.

In December 2025, the Meriden–New Britain–Berlin YMCA childcare leadership team chose DK Brand Collective for customized leadership training to boost communication, confidence, and team alignment.

The results led to a full one-year contract in early 2026 — a sign the work truly held. Using our DDP Framework, we delivered three leadership and communication trainings, tracked through pre- and post-training surveys to measure real behavioral change.

An Ongoing Partnership
DK Brand Collective continues a year-long partnership with the YMCA in 2026, offering leadership training, one-on-one coaching, and culture workshops — available as standalone or combined programs for lasting leadership growth.

One-on-One Coaching Results

As part of the ongoing Meriden-New Britain-Berlin YMCA partnership, selected staff also participated in one-on-one coaching with Derek Jones. After six weeks, participants reported practical growth in communication, self-awareness, workplace behavior, and confidence applying what they learned beyond the coaching sessions.
