How do I get started?
The first step is completing our organizational inquiry form so we can learn about your organization, your team, and your goals. After submitting, you'll be directed to schedule a Leadership Strategy Call where we'll discuss your needs and determine the right program or partnership for your organization.
Are your programs customized for each organization?
Yes, every program we deliver is built around your organization. Before any engagement begins, we take time to understand your culture, your team, and your goals. No generic slides, no one-size-fits-all solutions.
What makes your training different?
We work with organizations that are already doing good work and want to get sharper, not organizations that are broken and need fixing. Our approach is people-centered, built on our proprietary DDP Framework (Desire, Drive, Purpose), and focused on sustainable growth rather than short-term results. How long are your programs?
Most engagements range from multi-week leadership programs to multi-month organizational development partnerships. Program length depends on your organization's goals, team size, and the type of engagement. We'll outline the right structure during your Leadership Strategy Call.
Do you offer ongoing support after training?
Yes. Many of our clients engage us as ongoing partners, combining leadership training with executive coaching to reinforce growth and sustain culture change over time. We don't just deliver a training and walk away.
How do I pay for services?
Payment options include full payment, quarterly payments, monthly payments, and custom contracts for annual partnerships and multi-location organizations. All payments are processed securely through our Acuity portal via Stripe or PayPal. Full payment details are outlined during your onboarding process.
Do you work with organizations outside of Connecticut?
Yes. While we are based in Connecticut, DK Brand Collective works with organizations nationwide through both in-person and virtual engagements.
