What services does DK Brand Collective offer in Connecticut?

We provide four core solutions: Ignite Team Empowerment (custom training and team workshops), Empower Brand Suite (brand strategy, marketing, and messaging), Elevate Event Solutions (planning and executing unforgettable events), and Executive Impact Coaching (1:1 and group coaching for leaders). Each solution is fully customized to your organization’s goals and culture.

How do I get started?

We recommend booking a free 30-minute consultation so we can learn about your team, brand, or event needs. During this session, we’ll discuss your challenges, goals, and outline the best next steps — no obligation required.

Are your training programs customized for each organization?

Not at all! Before we lead any session, we interview your leadership team, learn about your culture, and even observe operations if needed. This ensures the training feels relevant, fully engaging, and includes team-building activities tied to your real customer experience.

What makes your training different?

Most trainings are cookie-cutter. Ours are built specifically for your team, your culture, and your industry. Two Trainers, Not One: One facilitates an engaging experience while the other captures detailed notes and insights. Customized Approach: Every session is tailored to your organization — no generic slides or off-the-shelf exercises. Actionable Follow-Up: We provide calls, emails, surveys, and management-focused training to make sure results stick. Hands-On Partnership: We can even spend time on-site ahead of your training, posing as managers or team members, so we design solutions based on real insight.

What happens after training? Do you offer additional services?

Yes! After your team training, we often recommend an event through our Elevate Event Solutions service such as a staff appreciation day, recognition celebration, or company retreat. These events reinforce the positive energy from training, strengthen team bonds, and celebrate progress together.

Do you offer ongoing support after training or events?

Yes! Our work doesn’t end when the session does. We provide follow-up coaching, management tools, and progress check-ins to help keep your team on track and ensure lasting impact.

What makes your event solutions different from a typical event planner?

We don’t just plan events, we design experiences that embody your company’s mission and values. Experience-Driven: Derek’s background in customer service and training ensures events are seamless and guest-focused. Brand-Aligned: Kelly’s background in fashion, branding, and image building means every event detail reflects your company culture. Purposeful: We tie the event into your goals whether it’s improving morale, celebrating milestones, or inspiring your team so it drives results, not just memories.

Can you help with sponsorship or fundraising events?

Absolutely. Our Elevate Event Solutions service covers corporate events, nonprofit galas, fundraisers, and community events. We can manage logistics, vendor coordination, marketing, and on-site support, freeing you up to focus on your guests and your mission.

How do I pay for services?

You can easily pay online through our secure payment page or request an invoice if you need one for your accounting department. Payment instructions are sent as soon as your project, training, or event is confirmed.

Do you work with organizations outside of Connecticut?

Yes. While we are proudly based in Connecticut, DK Brand Collective works with organizations nationwide through both in-person and virtual services, depending on the engagement and client needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

We offer four core areas of service: Leadership Training Programs, Executive Coaching, the DDP Certified Partner™ Programs, and Leadership Events & Experiences. Our leadership events service provides vision consulting and day-of coordination for organizations planning leadership retreats, team celebrations, and community gathering.
The first step is completing our organizational inquiry form so we can learn about your organization, your team, and your goals. After submitting, you'll be directed to schedule a Leadership Strategy Call where we'll discuss your needs and determine the right program or partnership for your organization.
Yes, every program we deliver is built around your organization. Before any engagement begins, we take time to understand your culture, your team, and your goals. No generic slides, no one-size-fits-all solutions.
We work with organizations that are already doing good work and want to get sharper, not organizations that are broken and need fixing. Our approach is people-centered, built on our proprietary DDP Framework (Desire, Drive, Purpose), and focused on sustainable growth rather than short-term results. We're a long-term partner, not a one-time training vendor.
We partner with nonprofits, childcare organizations, corporate teams, and mission-driven organizations across Connecticut and nationwide. Our clients are typically organizations with leadership teams or staff they are responsible for developing and who are ready to invest in long-term growth.
The DDP Certified Partner™ Program is a structured, year-long organizational development partnership designed for organizations that want to strengthen leadership, communication, accountability, and workplace culture.
The program may include customized training, executive coaching, organizational assessments, progress measurement, follow-up support, and employee recognition. Organizations earn the DDP Certified Partner™ designation by actively participating in the development process and demonstrating an ongoing commitment to strengthening their people and leadership practices.
Contact us to learn more about how the program works and whether it is the right fit for your organization.
The DDP Framework™—Desire, Drive, and Purpose—is DK Brand Collective’s proprietary, people-centered methodology for strengthening leadership, communication, accountability, and sustainable performance.
It guides every training, coaching, and organizational development engagement we deliver by helping leaders identify what people want to improve, what actions will create progress, and how individual roles connect to broader organizational goals.
Learn more on our DDP Framework™ page.
Most engagements range from multi-week leadership programs to multi-month organizational development partnerships. Program length depends on your organization's goals, team size, and the type of engagement. We'll outline the right structure during your Leadership Strategy Call.
Yes. Many of our clients engage us as ongoing partners, combining leadership training with executive coaching to reinforce growth and sustain culture change over time. We don't just deliver a training and walk away.
Payment options include full payment, quarterly payments, monthly payments, and custom contracts for annual partnerships and multi-location organizations. All payments are processed securely through our Acuity portal via Stripe or PayPal. Full payment details are outlined during your onboarding process.
