In December 2025, DK Brand Collective was selected by the Meriden YMCA Childcare leadership team to help strengthen workplace culture through improved communication, leadership confidence, and stronger team alignment. The focus wasn't just on training, it was on transforming how staff show up for one another, for leadership, and for the families and communities they serve.
The results spoke for themselves. In early 2026, Meriden YMCA signed a full one-year contract with DK Brand Collective committing to ongoing leadership trainings, workshops, and one-on-one coaching across their childcare teams. This partnership reflects what we believe in: leadership development that lasts, not a one-time event.
Guided by our Desire, Drive, and Purpose (DDP) Framework, we delivered three leadership and communication trainings measured through pre- and post-training surveys — so leadership could see real behavioral progress, not just participation.

An Ongoing Partnership. Not a One-Time Training
DK Brand Collective maintains an active year-long partnership with Meriden YMCA, delivering structured leadership training, targeted one-on-one coaching, and culture alignment workshops throughout 2026. YMCA organizations can choose a structured training program, individual coaching for selected staff, or a combined approach designed for long-term culture transformation.
