How the Program Works
The People First Certification Program is structured around four quarters each building on the last so your organization grows consistently throughout the entire year.
Quarter 1 —
Foundation
We assess your current culture, identify leadership gaps, and establish the communication and accountability systems your organization needs to grow. Training and coaching begin immediately.
Quarter 2 —
Development
We deepen leadership skills across your team through continued training, targeted workshops, and one-on-one coaching. Teams begin to communicate more consistently and leaders show up with greater confidence.
Quarter 3 —
Alignment
We reinforce the systems and habits built in the first half of the year identifying what's working, adjusting what isn't, and aligning your entire organization around shared expectations and culture standards.
Quarter 4 —
Celebration & Certification
We close the year with your professionally planned staff appreciation event celebrating your team's growth and officially awarding your organization the People First Employer certification badge.
Every quarter is hands-on. You work directly with our founder and lead trainer not a junior consultant, from day one to certification day.
